How do I order from Swefog online?
1) Go to ’check out’, log in or register, and send your order.
2) You will receive a proforma invoice, including shipping cost to your destination.
3) Pay the invoice with a bank transfer; your order will ship when payment is cleared.
Why can’t I pay for my order immediately upon checkout?
After we receive your order, we check the best shipping method and cost. For all EU customers, your VAT number must be verified. Otherwise, Swedish VAT 25% will be added.
Can I use a credit card or PayPal to pay?
Currently, we only accept bank transfer prepayments.
Who can buy from Swefog’s webshop?
All businesses are welcome to purchase online, B2B. We do not sell to consumers, B2C.
What are your shipping terms?
The standard incoterm is DDU 2000 (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that your shipment is paid and insured when it ships from our warehouse. The buyer is liable for import fees, local taxes and duties.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, with some exceptions:
We do not ship directly to customers in countries with an appointed Swefog distributor. In such cases, please complete your order and checkout. Your request will be forwarded to the distributor.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to some countries due to shipping exemptions. If your destination is excluded from shipping, we will notify you.
Prices do not include import fees, local taxes and duties.
What is the difference between "retailer" and "distributor" on your website?
Retailer is a non-exclusive Swefog reseller; there may be one or several retailers in a country. A distributor is an exclusive reseller.
Can I buy directly from Swefog’s online shop if an appointed distributor is listed in my country?
No, we will not ship directly to countries with an appointed distributor. Instead, our distributor will handle your request.

Yes, since a retailer is a non-exclusive reseller.
I have changed my mind. Can I return my items?
Fog generators & stock spare parts can be returned within 14 days. Fluids, consumables, and non-stock items cannot be returned.
A 20% restocking fee applies. Refer to our general terms for details.
How do I return an item?
Use the online form to apply for an RMA number. Once issued, you will receive instructions on how to return an item. Non-authorized returns will not be accepted.
My goods arrived with visible damage and/or lost items. What shall I do?
If the damage is visible, or there are missing items from your order, you must note this on the shipping document before signing.
Make sure to document the delivery by taking photos before unpacking, and of the receipt.
You must issue a claim to the transport company and contact Swefog immediately. Claims issued later than three work days after delivery may be refused.
My order has non-visible damage or lost items. What shall I do?
Since the damaged or missing items are non-visible, you must issue a claim to the transport company and contact Swefog within three days. Make sure to document the damage by taking photos.
What is the standard warranty on fog generators?
